Booking privacy notice

Business privacy notice

How your information is used when you make, change or cancel a booking directly with the business you are booking with.

Who controls your information

The business is the data controller for information collected for its bookings and customer relationships. Revue.day provides the secure booking system on its behalf.

What is collected

Your name, contact details, booking date and time, party size, requests you choose to share, booking source and necessary technical security information may be recorded.

Why it is used

  • To check availability and manage your reservation.
  • To send confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellation updates.
  • To respond to questions and provide customer service.
  • To prevent misuse, protect the service and keep accurate booking records.

Marketing is separate

News and offers are only sent when you actively opt in. Declining marketing does not affect your booking. Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe option.

Sharing and storage

Information is limited to the business, authorised team members and service providers needed to operate bookings and communications. It is not sold. Records are retained only for legitimate operational, legal and security needs, then deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

You can ask the business to provide, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to certain uses, or withdraw marketing consent. Some booking records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

Contact the business

Use the contact details shown above if you have a privacy question or wish to exercise your rights.
